Graduate of BS Food Technology or equivalent. With at least 4-5years experience as Quality assurance/Quality control from a Food Manufacturing Company. Knowledgeable in Food safety, GMP and HACCP, QA/QC laboratory techniques, food and non-food analysis in food industry. Preferably with experience in meat processing, sauces, process food and can assist research development team. Can work with minimal supervision.
The AP Analyst is responsible for recording, summarizing and analyzing accounts payable in accordance with company policies and standards.
Overall in-charge of the day-to-day activities on the branch assignment. Accountable in providing excellent service to the costumers while maintaining that the restaurant run efficiently. Responsible in personnel supervision; compliance to the standards of health and safety requirements of the local government; and ensure that weekly/monthly profit target are achieved.
Undergoes training for Supervisory or Managerial roles while assisting the branch in day-to-day operation giving excellent Tapa King Service to customers.
Responsible in preparations, seasoning and frying of Tapa King dishes while understanding and following recipes and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service while assisting them with their purchase and providing recommendations to reach target sales. Responsible for all payments done to the branch that may include safekeeping of funds before depositing/turn-over to designated personnel.
