The Compensation and Benefits is responsible for providing accurate, timely and efficient government report for internal employees. The Compensation and Benefits Officer will also assist in the provision of the advisory and consultancy service to management and staff on a range of compensation and benefits related matters. Additionally, this position will provide accurate, timely and efficient payroll services to internal employees for complex payroll calculations and transactions.

Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. Works with other company officers to set the overall direction and objectives for product and service offerings.
Directs, plans and evaluates performance during shift every week while ensuring that customers get a fast, correct, friendly experience each visit. Provides leadership to Tapa King staffs and other managers to deliver quality and efficient service.
Overall in-charge of the day-to-day activities on the branch assignment. Accountable in providing excellent service to the costumers while maintaining that the restaurant run efficiently. Responsible in personnel supervision; compliance to the standards of health and safety requirements of the local government; and ensure that weekly/monthly profit target are achieved.
Responsible in preparations, seasoning and frying of Tapa King dishes while understanding and following recipes and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service while assisting them with their purchase and providing recommendations to reach target sales. Responsible for all payments done to the branch that may include safekeeping of funds before depositing/turn-over to designated personnel.
